                         reflet{\^a}ncia bidirecional (FRB) de diferentes

                         ecossistemas aqu{\'a}ticos. As combina{\c{c}}{\~o}es foram 
                         feitas em tanques sob ilumina{\c{c}}{\~a}o artificial 
                         controlada. Foram combinadas \underline{C}. 
                         \underline{vulgaris}, subst{\^a}ncias h{\'u}micas e argila 
                         (caulim). As amostras de \underline{C}. \underline{vulgaris} 
                         foram obtidas de culturas puras mantidas em laborat{\'o}rio. 
                         Subst{\^a}ncias h{\'u}micas foram extra{\'{\i}}das de amostras 
                         de turfa e da decomposi{\c{c}}{\~a}o de uma macr{\'o}fita 
                         aqu{\'a}tica. Caulim foi obtido de amostras de solo. O 
                         comportamento espectral dos tr{\^e}s componentes foi analisado 
                         atrav{\'e}s das curvas de FRB, e as bandas de maior sensibilidade 
                         aos pigmentos fotossintetizantes presentes em \underline{C}. 
                         \underline{vulgaris} foram determinadas atrav{\'e}s de 
                         an{\'a}lise de sensibilidade e da dist{\^a}ncia normalizada. 
                         Caulim promoveu aumento da reflet{\^a}ncia no intervalo de 400 a 
                         900 nm. As subst{\^a}ncias h{\'u}micas promoveram 
                         diminui{\c{c}}{\~a}o da reflet{\^a}ncia entre 400 e 670 nm, e 
                         aumento entre 670 e 900 nm. \underline{C}. \underline{vulgaris} 
                         mostrou faixas de aumento e faixas de diminui{\c{c}}{\~a}o da 
                         reflet{\^a}ncia dependentes do revestimento interno dos tanques. 
                         As bandas de maior sensibilidade ficaram pr{\'o}ximas dos picos 
                         de maior absor{\c{c}}{\~a}o pelos pigmentos clorofila 
                         \textbf{a} e caroten{\'o}ides, e ainda pr{\'o}ximas do pico de 
                         fluoresc{\^e}ncia da clorofila \textbf{a}. ABSTRACT: The 
                         bidirectional reflectance factor (BRF) of different combinations 
                         of three components commonly found in aquatic ecosystems was 
                         determined in laboratory experiments. The combinations were 
                         performed in tanks under controlled artificial light. 
                         \underline{C}. \underline{vulgaris}, humic substances and clay 
                         (caulim) were combined. The \underline{C}. \underline{vulgaris} 
                         samples were obtained from laboratory monospecific cultures. Humic 
                         substances were obtained by decomposition of an aquatic macrophyte 
                         and by extraction from a turfa sample. Caulim was extracted of a 
                         soil sample. The spectral response was analyzed through BRF 
                         curves. Sensitivity analysis and normalyzed distance were applied 
                         to identify the bands sensitive to photosynthetic pigment. The 
                         results showed an increase in the reflectance in the 400 to 900 nm 
                         interval due to caulim. Humic substances caused a decrease in the 
                         400-670 nm interval and an increase in 670-900 nm. \underline{C}. 
                         \underline{vulgaris} caused an increase and a decrease in the BRF 
                         curve depending on the wavetenght. The bands of larger sensitivity 
                         were near the absorption maximum of chlorophyll \textbf{a} and 
                         carotenoid pigments, and also the bands near the maximun of 
                         chlorophyll \textbf{a} fluorescence.",
